The best meal I've eaten in weeks! Down-home cooking, locally grown food, home cooked on site. the carrots tasted fresh-picked, the steak was excellent, and the apple crisp was to die for. Nothing "fancy", just great food and lots of it! The portions are huge.(By the way, apple crisp with ice cream was $2.75.)The motel rooms are nice and the bargain of the century. Staff is friendly and helpful. One of the best kept secrets of Nova Scotia!Congratulations to a great business.

Positives: With a little marketing, this place could become one of THE places to go. A great product, and great staff.

Negatives: We stumbled on this location by accident. They should be sending folks here from the information centres, just for the positive effect it would have on the area.
