Not Good, not good at all. The staff was rude and evasive.
There are no clean sheets, no clean towels. No service.
My door froze shut at -21C, had to pry it open with a knife.
The walkways are not cleared of ice and snow.
Spent 5 days with no hot water. It was frozen.
Cable works in some rooms but not others.
There are no phones in any room.
The WiFi is poor most of the time.
Had to go down town to do laundry. the laundry on premises is out of order most of the time.
