The staff were very nice and went out of their way to help me (I have 2 bad knees) and the room was small but elegant. I heard bad things about the restaurant and it was expensive so I did not eat there and had trouble finding food nearby. I did not like the location at all and felt unsafe on the .....

Overall a nice hotel. Not the best Westin I've stayed in but a good value for the star rating. Desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Valet service was mediocre. Hotel is at extreme east end of Robson which is quieter but a longer walk to shops and restaurants. I called about directions to .....
