Rolyn Hills B&B & Ranch is a bed & breakfast located in Red Deer.

Just east of Red Deer, in central Alberta, you will find the Rolyn Hills Bed and Breakfast. When you stay there, with hosts Lynda and Rob Purdie, you will be treated to good old fashioned western hospitality.

We have different accommodations, depending on your needs.

Our Ranch House has three bedrooms on the lower level with double and queen beds, and two shared bathrooms. There is also a common sitting room with TV/VCR, Pool Table, darts, piano and books. Coffee, tea and cold drinks are available.

A discussion concerning your breakfast time and menu will occur upon your arrival. We will do our best to cater to your special diets. Otherwise, we will serve a wholesome, appetizing breakfast in the main kitchen of the ranch house.

Nearby restaurants include Red Swan Pizza, Baier’s Sausage & Meats, Sno Biz Grille Cafe, and Mucho Burrito.

Additional details

Rolyn Hills B&B offers 3 rooms on the lower level of their ranch house. Two of the rooms have a cozy double bed and one room has a comfortable queen bed. The main sitting area also has 2 couches that can be made into pull outs for an extra person(s) in your group.
There is a televsion and VCR; a pool table will keep you entertained for a spell, or if you wish, there is a piano and organ for you to entertain others with a few selections. For a time of peace and quiet, there are a selection of books to choose from as you relax in your home away from home. Help yourself to a cup of coffee or tea as you unwind.
