One room looked like it had recently been remodeled. It had modern furniture, an in-room refrigerator and microwave, and everything looked new and clean. The other room, right down the hall, had old furniture, peeling wallpaper and mold in the bathroom, and no refrigerator or microwave. Be sure to .....
I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff was excellent and the room was very comfortable. I've stayed at other upscale hotels in Calgary and the Hyatt is above or on par with most of those. The only complaints would be that the television in the room was a bit outdated and the self checkout .....
