Nice location. We were able to walk to the places we wanted to go. The bed was very comfortable with a down comforter. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes with a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker. There is indoor parking for which we paid about $20 for two nights.
Positives: kitchen was stocked with dishes and cookware. The bed was very comfortable..
Negatives: The bathroom was older and lacked space. The vanity was tiny.

I stayed here for location and because there was nothing else reasonable in Calgary at the time of my stay. It was quite what I expected - a place to sleep and shower. Thankfully I didn't have to spend much time in the room as it would have been quite depressing.
Positives: It made me appreciate my quality of life when I'm not at that hotel.
Negatives: Bathroom was unclean, decor was very dated.

I read some reviews about this hotel. Some people complain about the hardware of the hotel. Be aware it is a 2.5 star hotel and its economic price is its attraction!! Nonetheless the parking in downtown is terrible. As a customer, I got $0.5 a day discount from the hotel. The parking cost me 1/4 of the price I pay. The bell captain is not bright; very energetic though. I ask for map and he went to map quest.com and printed it incorrectly twice. Nonetheless he was very nice.
Positives: Economy. Good location.
Negatives: Pricey parking.

Friendly check-in staff. Needs to be updated as far as decor however the bed and pillows were very comfy.
Positives: Had living room and kitchen separate from bedroom.
Negatives: Needs to be updated.

Good sized suite, although decor was extremely dated and utilitarian.
Positives: Convenient location.
Negatives: There was no parking valet service and had to pay $20 to park.

Rooms are dated, but they are spacious and well equipped. Staff was friendly, the restaurant is good, and lobby is modern. Generally everything was clean and orderly. Parking is expensive everywhere in the city and in the hotel as well.
Positives: Location is good, room was large, and quite considering the location.
Negatives: Parking is not free.

Generally speaking the suite we had was very nice, more than you'd expect for the price we paid. But it was let down by a very dated bathroom.
Positives: Free parking, lobby looks smart.
Negatives: Dated bathroom.

I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened the door to the suite, considering how little we paid. It was clean, large, and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, the food in the restaurant was great, and the kids loved the roof top pool. If I ever go back to Calgary, I would definitely stay there again.
Positives: Excellent suite, very clean, helpful staff, all for a great price!
Negatives: It was a little bit hard getting around on the one way streets since we weren't familiar with downtown Calgary.

The service was great, the hotel looked like it was under going renovations, the lobby and restaurant area was beautiful, the room needs some fixing up, great location, and view of Downtown Calgary.
Positives: The lobby was newly renovated, very nice modern decor.
Negatives: The room decor was out dated.
