Our arrival was fine, but the next day when we returned to our hotel the only thing that had been done to our room was dirty towels taken. Clean towels were not even put in the room. Beds were not made, ice bucket still had melted ice in it, etc... There were also no pool towels available.

Positives: The front desk staff were friendly.

Negatives: The housekeeping staff didn't do their job.
