The beds are comfortable and the room is spotless. I like the fact they have tile floors. No surprises. They even offer you complimentary disposable slippers. Its a simple clean room with a comfortable bed at an affordable price. The couple that manage the hotel are very friendly and will do what ever they can to help make your stay a good one.

My husband was forced to stay in this fleabag crap hole due to working in the area and every other place was booked for weeks on end. His first stay was almost four weeks. Although the it wasnt as bad the first time housekeeping was not up to par, my husband also questioned the bill as it was more than discussed and the owner (male) was rude and told him if there was any problems basically to bad as his family owns the hotels and and he would make sure there was no where for him to stay. he was forced to return after a week at home and was put in another room. After two nights there he started noticing large hard bits that where swollen and oozing. He now has at least ten bites on various areas of his body. He went to the doctor who has sent a sample of what appears to be a bug that he picked out of the back of his kneck. He was told it is most likely bed bugs. He went to speak with the female owner of the hotel who told him there is nothing she can do and it is not her fault! The price of the room went up from $69 per night to $89 upon his return from time off with no explaination. Housekeeping went in and cleaned thirty or so small black bugs of his bathroom counter this morning. They will not even offer him a discount due to the problems he is having.. Unfortunately there is not another room for 200 kms of this shithole that has vacancy and they know it. So many of these business take advantage of these men who come to their towns and help the economy due to work. It is unethical and immoral for them to have an I dont give a shit attitude towards these people that keep them in business just because they know that they have no other choices. SHAME ON YOU TRAILSIDE INN. Maybe the BBB and health board should be contacted.

very clean and staff where great. All a round great stay would recommend anyone. stayed two months well working in LLoydminster.

Positives: like the flooring all tile very clean look. the service was good and room cleaned every day. also like the lighting out side the rooms at night made finding room great. also like that they had cams all around the motel. would stay there again anytime am in Lloyd. prices where fare.

such a wonderful stay while we were working for the whole month that we got service in a daily basis from such a friendly staff and great greating in the office

Positives: clean, so sanitized because of ceramic tile floor, wonderful heater

office barely gave back deposit because customer did not take pizza box out of room properly before leaving.
