Just had to comment on this motel, although not many options for this little town we would not recommend spending the night here!
The only reason we rate this motel a '2' is the dinningroom staff and office reception was very friendly.
Positives: We found the staff in the dinningroom excellent. She was friendly and attentive. We were not rushed and welcomed to stay having coffee and chatting as long as we liked.
Negatives: However the motel was well outdated. Beginning with broken screen door, dirty carpet, peeling wallpaper, towels well worn & stained, T.V. old and bad reception, bedding very thin & worn, mattress was old and the overall smell was not good!

I stopped by for breakfast and was very disappointed in the food and the service. Waitress wasn't very friendly. When I received my breakfast it wasn't what I had ordered. Waitress did not ask me if I would like another breakfast or anything. She offered no comment at all. Not even "I'm sorry for the mix up" What kind of service is that? She did not even offer a refill of coffee. Very poor service.
Positives: Nice location looking out over the harbour.
Negatives: Staff was not friendly and offered no conversation or alternatives for their mix up. Very very poor service and I will not be returning to this location.
