Blomindon Vacation Rentals is a vacation rental located in Canning.

Blomidon is located in Nova Scotia and is part of the picturesque Annapolis Valley. The Annapolis Valley is a blend of unique and beautiful scenery; known for its orchards, tides and vineyards. Here one can see the world's highest tides going in and out between Cape Blomidon and Parrsboro twice a day from our cliffs.

When the tide is out one can walk for miles on the floor of the sea, getting a glimpse of some of the amazing flora and fauna as you go. Blomidon is the home of the Blomidon Provincial Park which has several walking trails, nearby are the famous views from The Lookoff. You can also spend a day hiking the trail to Cape Split. There are many things to see and do it this area and you are only ever about a 15 minute drive from the Bay of Findy or Minas Basin shoreline.

Come and enjoy the cool breezes off the water, walk our beaches, visit local attractions, wineries, festivals, the many Valley farm markets, or just relax and enjoy the atmosphere of a peaceful, quiet, country sitting.

Stay at our newly renovated 2 bedroom loft that will accommodate 4-6 people comfortably. It has its own kitchenette, dining and living rooms with great views of the Minas Basin and Cape Blomidon. The loft also has a full 3pc bath, washer and dryer, your own deck and BBQ. There is a stereo, and a DVD/VCR player available for your use and we have many movies for children and adults that you can view for free. Current movies can be rented from local convience and grocery stores.

The loft is clean, and comes equipped with all necessary bedlinens, towels and dishes. The kitchenette has a stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, coffe maker and electric kettle

We regularly take bookings for May 1 – October 31. If you wish to use the apartment from Nov – April please contact us to discuss special rates and terms.

Our 7 night stay here far exceeded our expectations. We had a wedding in Canning and needed accommodations for our family of four. Difficult to find reasonably priced vacation rentals in the area, which were mostly B&B's.

Susan & Bill have done an amazing job of renovating the second story of their garage into this well appointed, immaculate, spacious loft. Susan made sure we had everything we needed upon our arrival.

It is truly a beautiful area, Blomidon Provincial Park, Cape Split, Scots Bay and the Lookout and an amazing double decker Magic Winery Bus tour in Wolfville.

We would have loved to stay an extra week.
