Bread and Roses Inn is a bed & breakfast located in Annapolis Royal.

Bread and Roses Inn was constructed in 1882 by A. B. Cunningham, the local dentist and pharmacist. It received designation as a Provincial Heritage Property in 1993 based on the fact that it is a unique example in Nova Scotia of a brick Queen Anne Revival mansion.

This exceptional building features many unique architectural details. Of special note in the interior is the use of many fine woods such as mahogany, black walnut, ash, black cherry, oak and tiger maple, often combining two side by side for contrast. Also of interest are the intricately detailed hardware fixtures on the doors, the coloured etched glass in the large foyer window and the side entrance, and the decorative tile around the main floor fireplaces. Bread and Roses Inn offers nine spacious guest rooms, each with ensuite facilities. All of our rooms are furnished with fine period antiques.
