I like small, friendly B&Bs and this is one. The hosts are friendly; they remember your preferences if you're a repeat visitor; the breakfast is healthy, hearty, and flavourful -- with interesting guests and hosts with whom to converse. The hosts know the locale and can advise with authority on good places to eat, things to see, what's on in town, and so on. Best of all, the Savoy Arms is 5 minutes stroll from downtown and maybe 10 minutes walk from the University. I am going back in three weeks time, so I'm convinced!

Extremely difficult, rude and confrontational owners at this B&B. The house is nice and the food is fine but don't even be 5 minutes late for breakfast or you will get a lecture and be taunted for the rest of your stay. I couldn't wait to get out of this place.
