Too expensive for the quality of the room and spa.

Perfect location, high quality hotel in the heart of Whistler Village.

Positives: Great location and customer service.

Negatives: High parking/resort fees adding more then $40/day to bill.

Generally very good accommodation, a bit pricey for leisure travel in summer. Great service, helpful concierge and staff.

Positives: Excellent location + close to shops + the whistler gondola.

Negatives: Junior Suite with mountain view - view was across the valley, not Whistler mountain on the other side of the hotel!

Very nice place with friendly staff. Remember to bring your own drinks because the water is very expensive.

Positives: Location was excellent as was the view.

Negatives: Nothing was complementary. seemed kind of trashy for a nice hotel to charge for EVERYTHING.

Wonderful place to stay, but the required parking fee was unreasonably high.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going on a ski vacation. The Salomon rental shop was very convenient with valet services both at the slopes for returning equipment to the hotel, and overnight storage of equipment. The lift ticket stand and loading points for both gondolas were only steps away from the hotel.

Positives: Wonderful location, literally steps from both gondolas. The "Heavenly Bed" was just that, heavenly.

Negatives: The in-room bar was overpriced.

Vancouver International Airport (YVR) 150.00 Km.

Starting at Vancouver International Airport Exit parking lot and continue straight. Proceed over Arthur Laing Bridge. Take Marine Drive East to Boundary Road. Turn left at lights (heading north) on Boundary Road. Turn right on Route #1 (this exit is immediately after traffic lights at Canada Way and Boundary). Stay on Route #1 which heads over Second Narrows Bridge. You are now on Highway #99 (also known as the Upper Levels Highway). Take Whistler/Squamish exit at Horseshoe Bay (ferry terminal) Travel north on Hwy #99 (also known as the Sea to Sky Highway). Squamish is mid-point from Vancouver to Whistler Turn right at Whistler Way (less than a mile after Blueberry Road traffic lights). Our hotel is on the right.
