The south-facing house features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fireplace, 6-person hot tub and a 2 level entertainment deck. Our new 20 by 40 foot in-ground, heated swimming pool has lots of room for swimming and sitting poolside. Convenient, Peaceful Location Close to Victoria and Butchart Gardens

This spacious country estate is nestled on a 5 acre property in the Saanich peninsula near Victoria, Vancouver Island, British Columbia. A mild climate and unparalleled lifestyle make this one of the best vacation spots on Vancouver Island, or anywhere else in BC or Canada. Rural elements abound - from the neighbours (a pasture with goats) to the rambling gardens - this property offers luxury holiday accommodation ideal for romantic get-aways or a family vacations. The shops and attractions of downtown Victoria are just 15 minutes away. Victoria's world famous Butchart Gardens are within 10 minute's drive. Other nearby attractions on the Saanich Peninsula include Victoria Butterfly World and local area wineries.

Hiking trails, cycling paths, swimming, canoeing, water-skiing, windsurfing, fishing and horseback riding are all within walking distance of the Estate. Canoes, paddle boats and windsurfing rentals are available at Elk Lake. If golf is your game, there are 6 public golf courses within a 10 minute drive 3 nine hole and 3 eighteen hole courses.
