Our Bed & Breakfast in Victoria BC is situated within minutes of downtown Victoria and the beautiful Inner Harbour, the centre of tourist activities in Victoria British Columbia.

We are situated in Esquimalt British Columbia which is a small municipality bordering downtown Victoria. It takes about 4 minutes by car to travel from our Victoria BC bed and breakfast to the centre of downtown Victoria. Greater Victoria encompasses 13 municipalities with the core being Oak Bay, Esquimalt, Saanich and of course Victoria itself.

Victoria BC has a population of approximately 80,000, Esquimalt and Oak Bay approximately 16,000 each and Saanich in the North with a population of 110,000.

We are in the East side of Esquimalt which puts us very close to downtown Victoria. There is a beautiful walkway into Victoria's city centre from West Bay in Esquimalt and you are only a couple of blocks from the Ocean. Lorraine, one of the owners of Cottage Pirouette B&B, is one of the few B&B operators who was actually born in Victoria.

As a result she has a very good knowledge of Victoria and how to get around it and find those special places.

Nearby restaurants include Zap Thai Restaurant, La Belle Patate, The Donair Shop, and The Sunnyside Café.
