We stayed for a week last summer when we were visiting family for a wedding and it was great - super clean and close to the beach (didn't hurt that the weather was amazing ;)

Positives: Clean clean clean! Beautiful setting, handy little kitchen and private picnic table has everything you need to make your own meals. Cheap family vacation!

Negatives: Wasn't right on the water but the walk to the beach was short - guess that's why the price was relatively low...
