1)never had to pay a damage deposit 2)egg product(artificial eggs) and hard pancakes with the continental breakfast3)before my wife, kids, and I were able to check out, we were subjected to a room inspection

Positives: Rooms were clean.

Negatives: damage deposit when I checked in
