This elegant B&B is NOT an airbnb. It is a traditional Bed & Breakfast where you are given attention and service. Each room has a private bathroom: The Nest and Laburnum Cottage have ENSUITES; the Seaview Room has a private bathroom for their exclusive use, a few steps away from the room.

A 6 minute walk to the beach, our Boutique Bed & Breakfast in Sidney, BC (technically North Saanich), is just 5 minutes from Swartz Bay ferry terminal and 10 minutes from Victoria International airport (YYJ).

This adult-only Bed & Breakfast has beautiful ocean views from our vantage point of approximately 150 feet above the sea level.

Nestled in a forested, tranquil, garden setting with awesome views of the sea and Gulf Islands, this B&B makes it easy to escape from the city to relax and disconnect from the busyness of life!

Laburnum Cottage is at ground level so the view is of the lush gardens, forest and sea glimpses. The Seaview (2nd floor) & The Nest (3rd floor) have views of the sea!

You are 35 minutes from the Inner Harbour in Victoria and just 8 minutes from the centre of Sidney-By-The-Sea!
