Good quality, clean. Liked the breakfast included. Friendly staff.

Positives: Good quality for the price. Like the continental breakfast.

Negatives: Location to the Downtown. Had to drive.

This was by far the worst Best Western Hotel we have ever stayed at

Negatives: room poorly set up for example there was one plug-in with an extension cord for all outlets

The hotel is decent. Clean, spacious, and conveniently located. It is well situated within Osoyoos, central and quiet. The hotel staff seemed quite nice.
