Paid for two nights up front- big mistake.Bedding was wet/not dried completely. Staff upset when had to deal with it. No slip mat in tub, shower broken, not working at all and no hot water, no bags in garbage for diapers and no ventilation in bathroom, tile floor broken and patched with wood. Asked for refund for second night. They refused the refund. They were unprofessional, uncaring, rude, patronizing etc. I would have never beleived such bad service could exist if I never experiencedit myself.

Negatives: I have a disability and I was treated so badly. There was nothing good about our stay.
