Our location is an ideal jumping-off point for trips to Ucuelet, Tofino and Long Beach in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve. The world famous West Coast Trail can be reached from here via Port Alberni and Bamfield.

There are many attractions along the way, for example: Cathedral Grove with its ancient cedars and 800 year old fir trees, Butterfly World, and the Wildlife Refuge Centre. On the way you can also visit Coombs Market and observe the goats on its grasscovered roof. Everywhere, there is ample opportunity for hiking, golfing, fishing and kayaking in the ocean or the many lakes.
