Our Bed and Breakfast is situated overlooking one of the most beautiful and quiet areas of Okanagan Lake above Coral Beach Park.

We are located on the east side of Okanagan Lake in the Community of Carrs Landing halfway between Vernon and Kelowna BC. The Okanagan Valley is famous for its golfing, wineries, skiing and of course, the summer!

Our location offers you a short 10 minute drive north to Predator Ridge Golf or 10 minutes south to two great local Wineries.

Coral Beach Park is a short 2 minute walk away and offers a lit Tennis Court, Picnic Tables, Playground, Swim Area with a Wharf, and a Public Boat Launch and Dock.

We have room on our property for parking of your boat and trailer.
