Morning Glory's custom two level west coast style home is located on Kelowna's west side and is only under three km to Kelown'a downtown just over the bridge offering a panoramic view of Lake Okanagan and Kelowna. Perched on a hilltop on a large corner lot of a fine quiet neighbourhood, Morning Glory is very accessible to Hwy 97 and is ideally located along the West Side Wine Route to award winning world class wineries and fine dining. Walk to the neighbourhood shopping centre, pub, or down the lovely street to view the Lake Okanagan, bridge, yacht club and downtown promenade.

Choose from 3 guest rooms. The Upper level offers the large master bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite 4 piece bathroom with skylight, cable tv. The lower level 4 steps down has 2 guest rooms- queen bedroom and double bedroom. Both share the large full bathroom and a second living room equipped with cable tv, dvd, vcd, library and literature.

This level is ideal for larger parties or families or can be alternatively rented solely for one party.

Awaken to a full hot delectable breakfast tastefully prepared and served with gourmet flair. Homemade jams, jellies, syrups and guest approved favourite dishes plus the signature 'Morning Glory Muffins' complete the menu.

Lounge on the large private back deck, or enjoy breakfast here. Stroll through the sprawling yard and enjoy the many flower, her and vegetable gardens.

I have enjoyed welcoming guests from around the world since 2000visiting with them, exchanging stories, knowledge and learning, and assisting in any way I can. I endeavour to give you my best personal care and warm hospitality. Your stay is very appreciated.
