This facility appears from the outside to to be much lower quality than others in the area. In addition, staff display poor customer service and do not follow through. In a recent case where we had to cancel the night before due to an urgent and life-threatening condition of one of our travelers, this facility proceeded to charge the fees even though we were told they would be waived given the circumstances. We recommend tourists consider other options first.
