A very good location for the motel. The golf course is right across from the property, the beach is a block away. A walk on the centennial beach dyke is a pleasure. The motel is about ten minutes away from the Tsawwassen ferry terminal.

Positives: 1. Best price in the area no other hotel or motels even come close to their prices
2. Great location
3. Golf course is right opposite from the motel
4. Beach is a block away
5. Room was recently renovated
6. Good service by the managers

Negatives: 1. Maid did not clean the room on the third day as promised
2. No breakfast
3. No phones in the rooms
