Green Gables B&B in Coquitlam was a bed & breakfast located in Coquitlam. Our Bed and Breakfast is conveniently located in the Tri-City area (Coquitlam, Port Moody, and Port Coquitlam). Just a 30 minute drive to downtown Vancouver. A beautiful and colorful city on the west coast of Canada, Vancouver BC is nested between the Pacific Ocean and the coastal mountains. A clean and safe downtown with a multitude of stylish shops, art galleries and museums.Ample sporting opportunities from sailing to skiing, or just walking round the famous Stanley Park that reaches out from downtown towards the North Shore. For the sports enthusiasts there are 10 golf courses nearby, tennis courts, as well as swimming pools (wave pool), boat and canoe rentals and a riding academy. Numerous hiking trails with various degrees of difficulty can be enjoyed on easy day trips or afternoon outings. The surrounding area also offers lots of opportunity for jogging, walking, hiking, fishing (salt and freshwater) and sailing. The ocean (Burrard inlet off Georgia Strait) is only a few minutes away and offers seashore walkways, boating, fishing and views of the surrounding mountains. Also within a few minutes you can reach a hospital, several cinemas, a good selection of various restaurants and a major shopping center. For families we offer babysitting services.
