We have stayed at this campground a number of times since last summer and have been very pleased with both the friendliness of the owners as well as accomodation.. The washrooms and showersr have been clean and campsites large. Have recommended to our Sam's Club and have booked 18 sites in September.
Positives: Large Cedar and Pine trees providing shade, Outdoor kitchen available in the event of inclement weather with all facilities, Clean bathrooms, great 10 minute hikes to historic mining sites at the Monashee river where you can pan for gold, fish for trout and watch the river go by, historic museum operated by Cherryville volunteers. Highly recommended as well by our camping friends.
Negatives: Some trailer sites could be leveler, but not a problem

Jiri, and Kate Pesan were were extremely rude to my wife, myself, and a number of other members of our group. The restaurant is closed. The museum was only open for about 2 hours. The boil water advisory was not mentioned to us, and was only posted in one location that we saw about two hours after we arrived. The septic tank was in need of service. The pay shower looked somewhat dubious. We will never return to such a place again.
