The front counter staff was quite friendly. However, on-line they say that all rental cottages are "deluxe." This is absolutely not the case. They are run-down, broken, and overpriced.

Positives: Friendly woman at front counter.

Negatives: Very dirty overall, chairs on deck are broken, smells like mold inside, visible mold on the walls in the bathroom, dirty sheets (hair all over - told the staff and they just shrugged), toilet paper made of high-grit sandpaper, overpriced; they confuse "rustic" with "crappy." Will definitely not stay here ever again.

Our family rented 3 cabins at Reynolds Resort last year and found the experience to be extremely pleasant. As I was looking online for their website I stumbled upon this and the previous review posted. I felt that I should give a positive, true, review for such a fantastic resort. We loved our stay, the location is great and being on the lake is beautiful. The cabins were clean, no mold and no hair. Like I said, I am not sure where the previous reviewer was staying but we fell in love with Reynolds Resort.

Positives: Cabins were very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions. Location is absolutely stunning and the prices were very reasonable.
