Two-building hotel, with registration in the newer building. The breakfast in our building was adequate. The restaurant was located in our building & was very convenient, & a meeting spot for family. Liked the non smoking status & the one queen bed per room. Gave you a less crowded feeling. The courtyard was lovely, and viewed from our window. Parking was free, & convenient.

Positives: Convenient to family in the area & functions we needed to attend.

Negatives: Traffic noise.

A reasonably good hotel with most rooms having a lake view. It appears to be an older hotel so expect some noise from the elevators and faucets that drip. Housekeeping staff was excellent. Front desk staff were not helpful and became hostile when asked to provide a printed copy of our charges for our stay. I would recommend the hotel just down the road, same view about the same price and probably better desk staff....

Positives: Good location on the Lake even though the beach area and lake itself were a disappointment Housekeeping staff was excellent!

Negatives: Desk staff were not friendly and outright lied when asked for a printed receipt for our stay. Lied to me.
