This motel is a clean and comfortable place to stay. The motel is very convenient to the 1, the U.S. Canadian border, and to many restaurants. Timmy's is within walking distance, as is Starbucks. It is close to some shopping, also.

Positives: Clean and comfortable.

Negatives: No hand lotion.

It's as expected of a motel. The bed is somewhat comfortable, and the bathroom is fairly clean.

Positives: Parking is free, and wireless internet is free.

Negatives: The carpet looks dirty.

This is an old hotel with new paint acting as a renovation when the place needs a major uplift. Lots of kids running around. The access to the second level is awkward having to climb up a flight a stairs and then down a flight before getting to the exterior walkway. Noisey when people walk and talk outside your room. The beds are horrible. I would not stay here again.

Positives: Close to freeway exit. Old but clean.

Negatives: Worst bed I have ever slept in! Sore back in the morning.

This is no more than a one star hotel. The one star beside this hotel should have been a 2 star, it had a pool, water slide and great reputation. This place is noisy, hard to get in and out of, notorious for bad service. A real waste of our time

Positives: It was near a Starbucks for coffee in the morning.

Negatives: I had to argue to get a non smoking room. The smoking was overbearing there.

I've stayed here before. Its clean and convenient type hotel, needs a full refurbish, which it isn't likely to get cause its usually busy. Its a great place for a quick swim and sleep.

Positives: Convenient nice pool and Jacuzzi.

Negatives: Its a venerable old hotel.

We were very disappointed in this hotel. This is not a 2* hotel by any stretch of the imagination. It really was a motel in every way. Old and new mixed, clean but not quiet. Will not stay here again.

Positives: It was close to the freeway.

Negatives: This is actually a motel where you park your car outside your door.

I used to work in the customer service industry, so I know the importance of good customer service. i.e. smile, use friendly tone, go "the extra mile" for the customer. Unfortunately, most people I encounter in this field in British Columbia have the crappiest customer service I've experienced. Customer service was mediocre at best! Everything else (room, cleanliness, etc.) was fine.

Positives: Clean, small fridge, comfortable bed.

Negatives: Crappy customer service! Staff did not smile; cold and unfriendly tone!

A good place to stay when traveling within b.c. good for young children as well. We enjoyed our stay, and the room was great.

We enjoyed the plan of the hotel - there was room to work in a private area.

It was very noise and I had a hard time sleeping. You could hear everything that went on in the room above you and outside. I did not get a good sleep. The staff seemed rude to me and didn't greet me or anything.

Positives: The location was good.

Negatives: Their was no breakfast. The staff was rude. I could not sleep because of all the noise from the highway and upstairs rooms.
