Not much to recomend. The bathrooms get cleaned once a week. The water is brown and will stain the sink, shower and toilet in your RV. Very muddy when it rains and the wind blows nonstop with no trees to stop it. There is no supervision at the campsite. They take your money at the front desk of the Inn and then you won't see anybody except for one drive thru the owner does in the morning. This campground is wide open and anyone can drive in without the owners knowing. It does get loud on weekends with people coming out just to drink and party. I was a long term tenent (all summer) because of work and would not have stayed there if I was on vacation. There are no laundrymats in Wetaskiwin but there are 12 liquor stores if you need a drink. I would suggest camping elsewhere and only coming to Wetaskiwin for the day to see the Reynolds Museum. There is nothing else to do or see and you will be happier if you camp at a decent campground.

Positives: Mostly empty during the week. The county maintenence yard is next to the campground so you can wake up to the sound of diesel motors and back up beepers. Camrose is only 30 minutes down the road and a much nicer place.

This campground was a disgrace. We had stayed before without a problem, but the second time was a complete disaster. The washrooms were never cleaned, there were campsites that weren't used at all during the day, and then they became raging party sites at night. The owners lock themselves in the inn and refuse to answer the door to deal with the rowdy campers. Garbage was over-flowing. Just an awful place to camp. Worst part, was we refered friends & none of us will ever go back. EVER.
