I just called "Mitsue Manor" to ask some questions regarding a possible stay there. They were extremely rude and then hung up on me. Normally I would take it with a grain of salt and carry on, but due to the fowl customer service I received, I think it deserves a comment.

I'm sure it's a lovely place to stay, although I will never stay there due to my brief contact with Mitsue Manor.
