This campground is very well maintained, the owners are very friendly and accommodating, walk through sites after visitors leave and clean up any garbage left in the firepits, etc. We stayed here from May 30th to Sept. 30th, 2008, even on holiday weekends it was quiet, it attracts families and people who are working in the area. There are many seasonal sites, they are very well maintained also, no junk or run down RV's. The campground is in the Summer Village of Sandy Beach, is fenced and has many trees. Most sites are a little narrow, except the one we stayed, it was huge; they allow pets. All sites are full hook up. The campground is across the road from the lake, although the lake is shallow due to drought the past 5 years. Their rates are reasonable for Alberta.
