I can’t believe they charged us 300 for the night.
This place is so run down our sheets had rips in them and no air conditioning as advertised and it was plus 30 something out.
They did some Reno’s but put the old toilet back in and when flushed ran all night.
The grounds remind me of Chernobyl so glad we got in late and left as soon as they opened the gate at 8am would never ever stay here again or recommend to anyone.
This place is a rip off sleep in your car in a parking lot by a mountain it will be a better experience I promise

Positives: Upgrades to make door key and flooring and bathroom except toilet

Negatives: Everything else

we were booked in for a week and we were sorry that we did that. The rv stalls are so uneven with tree stumps and large rocks it was almost impossible to walk. The trees are see through and the fire pits are situatated so you have no privacy at all. The fuel prices and the prices in the store were unreal....We will not return nor will we recommend this place...The owner says he has owned the place for 17 years and he now needs to start improving the place...He should have started years ago. The write up online sounds good and that is why we went there..never again

Positives: the bathroom was fairly clean

Negatives: all the above

This has to be the worst campground we have ever stayed in. Filthy campsites, very rude staff and the managers were worse. When we wrote an email, unpon our return home, to express our concerns the manager wrote back to tell us we were unintelligent. Obviously they have no concern for customer service or any return service for that matter. Partiers kept us up until 3am one night and 6am the next. We were told by the staff that we either had to find one of them in the middle of the night or deal with it ourselves. This campground allows dirt bikes and 4 wheelers...be prepared to take your life in your hands as they rip up and down the dirt roads, drunk and helmetless. And if your children are unfamiliar with profanities...bring them here. The campsites around us shared plenty with our kids. Do not bring your children here.

Positives: The surrounding area is scenic and if you avoid the campground and motel you will enjoy your visit to Nordegg.

Negatives: Dirty, Rude staff, campsites are not monitored or controlled, Filthy bathrooms, dirt bikes flying around day and night, expensive, small sites, out of date, dangerous old playground, dying trees

We only stayed one night as the price is unreal Very Expensive for what they have there nothing is open that they advertise. The campsites are on top of each other. Would not advise any one to stay here ! And the ice cream in the store is four dollars for one SMALL scoop ! It is all about the Dollar there.

this is the worst "resort" i've ever been to.

The motel rooms are filthy, infested with ants, and the air conditioner is faulty.

There is no pool, or spa as advertised. The food at the restaurant is equivilant to McDonalds. The gas station, gift store, and convienence store are ridiculously over-priced and tacky.

please do not stay here. it's a waste of money
