This hotel is better than the other hotels that I've stayed at in Leduc.
Positives: Excellent friendly staff were very helpful.
Negatives: The morning shuttle driver was verbally abusive to two of the passengers without reason.

This is a great hotel to stay in if you have been on a long flight or need to travel via Air. Lovely rooms, Excellent condition. Will definitely stay here again.

Though this hotel was farther from the airport than I realized, the complimentary shuttle service was prompt and the driver friendly. Once at the hotel, I was welcomed warmly with the front desk staff genuinely interested in me and my travels. The size of the bath tub made me wish I'd arrived earlier in the day to have time to have a long soak. The bed was very comfortable.
Positives: The friendliness and welcome of the front desk reception was fantastic!
Negatives: As I was trying to fall asleep, there was a lot of noise in the hallway.

This is a nice hotel. Staff is very friendly. It's very close to the airport. But you don't hear much noise for the airplanes. Easy commute, especially for early departures or late arrivals.

Negatives: The coffee maker was not cleaned from last guest stay.

The desk clerk was nice and helpful, the room was accommodating and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Restaurant and bar service was available as well as room service.
Positives: The room was comfortable and relaxing.
Negatives: I needed to remove hair, not mine from the bath tub to take a bath.
