I booked a site and about an hour later realized we weren’t going to make it there for the night. I tried to call Trent and ask for a refund since we had not had it booked for an hour. He told us that he doesn’t handle any refunds and to go to campspot website and then he hung up on me. Campspot says right on its website that all refunds are handled by campsite management on site. So he lied directly to me and refuses to answer my calls now. Absolute ass. Would not ever deal with them again. Horrible. Spent $50 to not stay there for the night.

Negatives: Awful. Wouldn’t give refund an hour after booking.
