We were a group of 4 who booked two upper deluxe rooms next to each other with adjoining balconies. We loved these mini cabins! Rustic feel, well equipped and comfortable. They're not huge but make great use of the space. And the customer service during the booking process was excellent - I was having a hard time finding an accommodation in Jasper for 4 people and the representative was smart enough to offer two rooms instead of one. The price point was right to still allow us to do this so it worked out well! Wished we could have stayed longer than the 2 nights we had.

Positives: Fully equipped kitchen
Location by the river with mountains in the back, only 5 minutes from town
Quiet, peaceful
Decent prices

Negatives: No elevators - if you can't carry your luggage, ask for a first floor room but upstairs is nicer!
Pricey breakfast - $22 CAD per person (we didn't go for it)
Don't always answer the phone but answer emails quickly
