Despite the time of year and miserable conditions the motor inn was very comfortable. Don't forget where you are people, Forestburg AB, a quaint town in central Alberta, this is not the ritz in New York or even Calgary.

Positives: For the age of the facility well kept. Staff and town very obliging for meals at odd hours and home made food at local gas station made stay comfy.

I arrived to this motel with a smile and I left with a smile. Since it has been taken under new management the rooms are CLEAN, and the friendliness of the staff is excellent. I would definetly stay here again!

Rude and indifferent treatment on the phone and in the office.
Will not stay there again and highly recommend the motel across the road that is run by a very nice Korean couple.

Positives: I have stayed there on 2 other occasions without any problems however the owners have left it in the hands of like I said above a very rude lady.

Negatives: If you like pleasant people there across the street.
