We were passing by and decided to stay at this motel. Staff was very friendly and the location was great. Decent price.

Positives: Good bang for the buck. Clean room.

Negatives: Furniture are not modern.

The wireless internet here is horrible...... we could hardly stay connected with our smart phones. With the fact that everyone has smart phones these days you would think that this hotel would have atleast the minimum internet service. The facility is run down,not well kept.

Positives: There is none, place is terrible the beds are so nasty

Negatives: beds were worn out
little to no wifi internet
staff not so pleasant
could go on and on

This place was disgusting!
When we first went into the room the heat was turned up so high the paint was melting on the walls. We turned the heat down and left the door open for a while to cool it off. We then went out for about 7 hours and when we returned on the night time someone had been into our room and turned the heat on full blast again!! Firstly they shouldnt have gone into our room once we were occupying it! And second they should have left the controls where we set them! We had bought some aerosol cans and left them in the room they were too hot to touch and were about to explode!! We left immediately! There was no way to sleep in that disgusting dirty room!! My advice - stay further affield DO NOT STAY IN CARSTAIRS!!
