The lodge is a leisurely one hour drive west from Calgary with easy access to and from the Trans Canada highway. The lodge is central to five alpine ski areas and the Canmore Nordic Centre with hiking biking and skiing trails at your doorstep. Complimentary Parking. Lovely place at the border of Banff National Park. We liked the huge apartment, with kitchen, living room bathroom and two large size bedroom. It is greatly equipped for a relaxing weekend. The kitchen has everything and there is an outdoor BBQ for guests. The hot tub is good and the location is great. Great views of the mountain without the annoying noise from the train track, you would otherwise have in all other Canmore hotels. Unbelievable value! What's more, they are very strict about noise making, so you don't have party crowd disturbances. I will definitively go back!

Starting at Calgary International Airport Exit Calgary Airport onto Barlow Trail South. Exit Barlow trail onto 16th ave west. Follow 16th ave out of the city(because Trans Canada Hwy #1) 100 km to Canmore. Exit at Harvie Heights 500 meters to lodge located on service road.
