Beautiful, friendly, outgoing.

Positives: 2 nice restaurants.

Negatives: The nicer restaurant was not kid friendly so we could not go.

Our first room was dirty (bathroom and bed linens) and we had a generator right outside our window which was very loud. However, the staff immediately relocated us to a different room and the rest of our stay was uneventful. The beds were very comfortable. Thought this hotel was maybe a 3 1/2 star rating overall.

Negatives: First room was dirty and near a loud generator.

We have been staying in this hotel for years, and have not had a bad experience yet.

Positives: The bed is comfortable, and the kids love the water slide.

Negatives: It would be nice to have a fridge in the room.
