Eckardt's Tecumseh Mountain Guest Ranch Resort

This property exudes an atmosphere of neglect. The towels are grudgy and dirty. The bathroom and kitchen is dingy and rundown. There was no ice machine provided for guest convenience, which at the price of $98.00/night was unsatisfactory. When asked about obtaining ice, the vendor advised the paying customer, go to town and buy your own. Not acceptable. Even though there is a restaurant provided on the property, we never used it as there was an over whelming odor that was present from the two large dogs that were present. These two dogs that were present on the property, were rather large dogs. These two dogs were allowed to run loose on the property, and the only way that they were controlled were by the owner..aka the vendor..by giving them a remote electric shock. Which is unacceptable. To recap, all in all, this property is extremely unkempt and dirty and seems to capitalize on the scarcity of accomdations in this area.
