The showers were not clean and our campsite was not clean - litter around the site. Trees were growing too close to the firepit. We were not asked if we wanted a serviced or unserviced site but were told the fee for the night was $30.00.
Positives: Closeness to the North Saskatchewan River.
Negatives: Uncleanliness in sites and washroooms. Unclear registering procedure. Camping fees exorbitant compared to Redberry Lake Regional Park which had much better facilities and was very clean.

We were on a family camping trip, when we arrived there was no one there to take our money; just a sign saying to go knock on the house door if there was no one around. No one answered the door either, yet later on when the guy noticed we didnt have a pass he accused us of "sneaking in". There were also clearly posted signs about no dogs being allowed in the pool, yet there were at least 3 or 4 dogs on the beach and in the water for the duration of our stay.
Positives: Beautiful golf course
Pool is small enough to be enjoyed by families with younger kids.
Waterside concession stand.
Negatives: Poorly kept bathrooms, very smelly
Rude and/or unavailable staff
Nobody enforcing the rules set out by the park
No shaded areas to sit on the beach (when toddlers are playing in the water, etc.)
