My family and I have stayed at this hotel for the past 5 years and have never had a problem. It was our choice of hotels in kindersly mainly because of their wonderful service and the pool.
Until our past two visits.... The (new?) owner/manager treated us with complete disrespect and ignorance. My 4 year old son had accidentally peed the bed and I told housekeeping immediately. The manager stormed into our room swearing and tossing our belongings off the bed. He swore at my son and attempted to charge us for the mattress. We left immediately and when we paid for the room in cash ($137.50, in which I handed him $150.) he told me I was not entitled to my change. My family will never been staying at this inn again.
