All lots have the following features

- at least 40′ wide by 50′ deep

- come with 100AMP power (your own meter)

- 50 AMP plug, 30 AMP plug and two 20 AMP plugs

- direct sewer hook-up at each site (no hauling or driving to dump!!!)

- running water at each site (city quality pressure)

- room for deck and shed.

- room for at least 2 vehicles in addition to trailer or motorhome.

Not good. Grass has not been cut in a long time. Biggest problem: no water at all. We booked for a week but only stayed for 1 night. There is no running water at the camp sites. And no washrooms or showers. It doesn’t work that way.
