The hotel is adjacent to the Windsor Detroit Tunnel, 10 minutes from the Windsor International Airport, and 40 minutes from the Detroit International Airport in the United States across the Ambassador Bridge.

The Ramada Plaza and Suites Windsor is convenient to many restaurants, bars, and night clubs, shopping, and of course, the Casino Windsor - Complimentary Shuttle Service to Casino is available. The hotel boasts an indoor heated swimming pool with seasonal Sun-deck and on-site Laundromat.
