Dyconia Resort Hotel was a hotel located in Wasaga Beach. All Dyconia accommodations are beautifully appointed and complemented by a variety of features, including 2 person and Single Jacuzzi Tubs, wood and gas fireplaces, colour cable TV, bedside am/fm clock radios and outdoor gas barbecues, along with a fire pit for campfire nights.

River View decks and lawn areas. Patio overlooking the Nottawasaga River Almost 3 acres with a park like setting. Recently renovated rooms. Most rooms have waterside balconies, decks or patios, overlooking the river. Boat Docking and Launching on site. Large 25' x 50' Outdoor Pool. Children's Playground on site. Horseshoes, Table Tennis, Sandy Volley Ball Court, Badminton Net or so much more!

Complete Dive !!! The owner should be ashamed of himself. Why anyone would ever stay there is beyond me

We looked at the pictures on the web site and thought it looked great. Separate bedroom, kitchen, fireplace, and located right on the river. When we arrived and walked into the room we could not believe how dirty and disgusting the room was. The beds were barely made, dirty cleaning rags were left in the room and the floor was filth. We didn't even venture into the bathroom. We just left. We were told there were no refunds. The $95 loss was not enough to get us to spend another minute in that room.

This resort has allowed young people to rent their rooms and cottages and party at will, causing much damage to the property over the past 20 years. We have been there about 6 times since 1990, and cannot believe the amount of uncontrolled partying that takes place there with all of the damages that occur! I know of one incident where the owner was sued by a customer that actually fell through one of the cottage decks! This would only add to the problems this owner has in trying to get this place renovated and fixed up to standard. Too bad... so much potential...
