The hotel was convenient for us. It was 2 blocks from my daughter and sister, and 4 blocks from my stepson. I loved that there were a lot of convenient stores close by. The room was clean and fresh, the beds were very comfy. The only problems I found were the area with the fridge has wasted space and for the convenience of the customers they should put in a counter and put the coffee machine up on a shelf. Also my husband barely fit on the toilet with the door shut. Very small. We had a problem in the dining room. Both our steaks were over-cooked, I was never offered butter or sour cream, anything to top my baked potato, and I had to go to another table to get salt and pepper. We would stay there again for the convenience, but would absolutely eat elsewhere.
Positives: The beds were absolutely dreamy!
Negatives: The bathrooms so small and coffee area a lot of wasted space. Needs a counter to extend with fridge.

Overall, satisfied with look, comfort and location which was convenient to where I needed to be.

The location of the hotel was a ten minute drive from where I wanted to be, I did not like the valet parking I do not remember seeing that on anything I was reading about this hotel. It had a nice excercise room and the pool looked nice as well. Water and pop were very expensive 2.50 for bottled water and pop. Room was very spacious and beds were very soft but the pull out couch was very very very uncomfortable
Positives: No one really bothered us no matter what time in the night we came back.
Negatives: Valet parking was mandatory.

Hotel clerk was incompetent and impatient in dealing with customer.

Way nicer than we expected. The hotel was beautiful on the inside. It was a couple blocks away from our destination. Blankets and pillows were down though, so very hot for sleeping.
Positives: Decor was beautiful.
Negatives: Valet parking wasn't necessary, but we weren't given an option. The valet did not lock the car!

Good to choose for students like me that can save us money! Close to the subway and t banks! Very good location!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is close to public transit. (bus) A few blocks walk to subway. Shopping and nice restaurants available a few blocks down on Younge Street. Pool is outdoor only, fine for the hot months but a little chilly once it gets cool and rainy days when the kids need to stay inside.
Positives: Good location, not far from public transit. Nice neighborhood.
Negatives: Rooms are too small for a family staying a number of nights.
