Dirty sheets, walls, floor. Renovation of the rooms is still going on. Construction on the other rooms make hotel dirty and noisy. They should have been closed during the construction.
Positives: Cheap.
Negatives: Dirty and very small rooms.

If you aren't planning on spending much time in the hotel, then this is OK for the price.
Positives: Staff was friendly. Price was cheap.
Negatives: Space was small. Neighborhood was poor.

Only good for someone who is staying the night, rooms not suited for more then 1 nights stay. Staff was really helpful and understanding, but the sounds from the metro docking station and traffic was very bad and hard to sleep through, room 1/4 the size of a normal room and really needs to be updated.
Positives: Nice area, close to some restaurants, and a very nice staff.
Negatives: Room was the size of a closet, right beside a train yard, loud sounds all night.

The service was the worst I've every had. The manager double charged my credit card. He threatened my wife & I. He refused to give me any receipts.
Positives: The only thing my wife & I liked was the T.V. worked & had a remote.
Negatives: I'm not happy with anything about the hotel.

I would not suggest this hotel to anyone, unless you don't care where you stay and what you are staying in. It was dirty, VERY small room, no parking on site, unfriendly staff, smelled like McDonalds because there was one right beside it, there were bugs in the room. The only good thing about this motel is that it was close to the beach.
Positives: It was close to the beach.
Negatives: I did not like the location, did not have parking on site, dirty, VERY small room, noisy, smelly, unattractive, bugs, unfriendly staff, ect.

While accustomed to no-frills traveling, they wouldn't exchange any currency for me at night, only providing me with a roll of quarters. The location of the hotel was also further from the attractions I wanted to see.
Positives: Leaving.
Negatives: The room was very tiny and the staff was unhelpful.

We had to pay an additional $12+ tax to park 5 blocks away, carrying our luggage with us. There wasn't even an elevator. What if I were in a wheel chair? The room was very small but the beds were comfortable. I understand that we stayed in one of the cheaper hotels/rooms but we did pay $ and expected it to be better. Oh, and the complimentary breakfast was horrible, it was just an Asian restaurant next door and the food wasn't good. Just not what I expected.
Positives: Close to the venue I attended.
Negatives: No elevator, parking was 5 blocks away+ $12.60.

Negatives: None.

Place is a dump. Guy at counter stuttered and had a hole in his shirt. Tiny room. Dirty and smelly. Downtrodden hanging out in the lobby. Pen drawings on the wall. The Thai restaurant next door was tasty.
Positives: I got to leave.
Negatives: Have you ever seen the movie psycho?

Staff was pleasant, room was a bit cramped and dry. The noise from the street cars was not too bad if you are an early riser. I parked on the street because it was closer. The area is safe but does not offer decent breakfast restaurant, just McDonald next door. The voucher I got for breakfast in the hotel restaurant got me a very simple meal.
Positives: Clean and convenient.
Negatives: Parking too far.

I accept the fact that only smoking rooms available, & rooms very small. Did not like not having any heat in room, having electric circuits blow 4 times, & paying over $13 nightly for parking blocks away. The help did there best. breakfast was ok.
Positives: Staff did their best, appreciate their efforts.
Negatives: No heat in room (winter), pay for parking blocks away.

Not a particularly large room, but well equipped and suitable to our needs. Staff was friendly and responsive, and the rooms and facilities were very clean.
Positives: Staff was very friendly, extremely helpful. Hotel was conveniently located near the heart of the city and close to numerous transportation options.
Negatives: The neighborhood was a little run down, but the people and shop owners were extremely nice and made me feel comfortable.

This was the worst hotel experience that I have ever had. I would have better slept in my car then in there. I am now sick with what seems to be a cold because of the lack of heat. Well non-existent heat in the room. The smell was so strong that we had trouble breathing. Stains were all over the walls with what seemed to be old vomit or blood. I seriously could not believe my eyes.
Positives: I completely hated it and will never set foot in that crack house again.
Negatives: Disgusting smell, stains on walls, sheets and carpets, extremely cold, very rude staff that did not want to provide us comment cards, far parking.

This hotel is one of the worst hotel I had ever stayed in. First there is no parking for our friends who drove us to this hotel. And the time we got to the reception, it was about 4:30 p.m., we were being told that one of our rooms weren't ready and had to wait for 20 minutes or so. We didn't wait since our friends were waiting for us outside the hotel for us to check-in, so we put all our luggage's in one of our room first and I told the receptionist that I'll be getting the key to our room tonight when we return. Did I mention that the receptionist wasn't that nice to us at all sounded like these were non of their business. And there were no apology at all. So we returned to hotel at about 11:00 p.m., and I asked for the key to our room and explained over again to this receptionist what happened at the afternoon check-in, which I didn't think I should have to. He looked so confused but he gave the key to our room anyways, so me and my husband took the stairs to our room which is on 3/F. We opened the room door and guess what we see - an unclean messy room which looks like someone just took off in last minute. I could smell the smoke, blankets and towels all over the place even on the ground. I guess our room was never ready after all. So we were so pissed and I had to ran back down to the reception again telling the receptionist that our room wasn't ready. He looked at me like he had been setup for all these or something, and no apology at all. He then told me that he couldn't do much about it at that time, but to give me the single bed room. He gave us the key again to this other room, and we were glad that this room was clean and ready. The room is so small that you can jump onto the bed from the room door. Sheets and covers look like they had never been changed, bad noisy A/C, very dirty washroom with stain and stuff on the toilet side and the sink. No one ever cleaned our room or giving us any clean towels at all in our 2 nights staying at this hotel. One more surprise to us that even the alarm clock is running slow, so screwed up. The location is not convenient, we had to take 2 tram bus to Chinatown from there took us about 15 minutes. It is not even close to any attraction. Last day when we checked out, we left pretty early in the morning like 5:00 a.m. or so. So we walked down the stairs to the reception and guess what, it is all dark. I mean dark is that there were no lights being turn on at all. So in the dark we were trying to look for anyone who can do the check-out for us. There we found the receptionist. Guess where he was. He was slacking off sleeping on the lobby floor in the back corner. This is just crazy. I will never want to go back to this hotel again, and I hope that no one has to go to this hotel neither.
Positives: Nothing good about this hotel.
Negatives: Everything.

Hotel was very dilapidated. Drug users and prostitutes roaming the halls. Staff was very rude and not helpful at all. I had reserved this room for two nights and have been reimbursed for one and I would like to request that I be reimbursed for both. The request number for the first night is Travel Services Hotel Request Number 10497473259 (KMM20461863V727L0KM) Thank you.
Positives: When we left.
Negatives: Location, employees. Drug dealers, prostitutes roaming the halls, etc.
