Clean, modern, friendly staff, good value.

Positives: Great view from the room.

Negatives: A little far from the falls and major attractions.

Decent hotel for the price, located at the end of town, room was big, older TV that could only be watched from a certain area of room. Was suppose to get freebie's, but hotel knew nothing of it.

Positives: Decent hotel for the price, don't expect a view.

Negatives: $20 for parking, carpet in room was dirty.

I
was very please with the hotel, it was clean and bug free bed.
We will be back for sure.

Positives: It was awesome and very clean, very happy with it.

Negatives: Nothing, liked it all.

The room was clean, and the bathroom had a good sized jetted tub! The bed was comfy and clean as was the rest of the room. We didn't have a view of the falls, and were unable to upgrade either night. Our rm. was quiet, and we slept well. The location was great. We got some very useful info from our concierge about attractions! On the downside, valet parking, was $42 a night.

Positives: Proximity to Falls and Jetted tub

Negatives: Restaurant closed early

We had a very good good visit. One negative was the price paid for overnight parking. First time ever for us to get to pay tax on parking.

Positives: The view from our room was fantastic, and our stay was very satisfying.

Negatives: The food in the restaurant was dry and unattractive. Way overpriced.

Glad we went. Parking is $20, the pool area smelled like mold and the hot tub is part of the pool, very cold.

Positives: How close it is to the falls.

Negatives: Shabby.

Negatives: No breakfast offered.

I read the other reveiws after i'd booked and were a little apprehensive. We were actually very pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were in walking distance to all the attractions in Niagara Falls. Would definately go back.

Positives: Very nice rooms and excellent helpful staff.

Negatives: Pay parking.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Having to pay for parking and the fact that it was not on site were disadvantages. The room was a good size.

Positives: Location.

Negatives: Had to pay $20 each for parking for 2 cars.

The hotel's name is deceptive.
Very standard on all counts, especially the excessive parking fee. No place to get breakfast in the hotel, not even Dunkin' Donuts!

Positives: I protested the $20 parking fee and the reservation clerk waived it.

Negatives: Room service trays placed in the hall were still there when we got back at night.

It was amazing and made our first trip to Niagara and our big anniversary even more special!

Positives: The view and the beds.

Negatives: The bath tubs and shower curtains were mildew.

Overall enjoyed our vacation at hotel. Great location to falls & comfortable room. We were not at the hotel much. The kids liked the pool. Staff seemed accommodating, letting us check out later & use pool later at night.

Positives: Convenient location to falls and liked shuttle that took you to other locations in town.

Negatives: Paying for parking and breakfast at restaurant - looked like food was left there awhile & no service.

I found the room was too dark. During our 3 night stay water for the coffee maker was only provided once. Bath tub was not clean.

Positives: Great location.

Negatives: Room was too dark.

Clean, convenient. Next to Tony Roma's, Outback, and across from TGIF Fridays. Next to falls. Staff was friendly. Housekeeping knocked on doors at 8:15 AM, saying 'housekeeping. just checking.' We hung out a do not disturb sign to stop this. I would stay there again.

Positives: The room was large and clean. The fitness center was nice.

Negatives: The bedspreads were old. The elevators broke, but were fixed within hours. Few TV channels. Fitness center was not open from 11P to 7A.

Everything was great. Pool and fitness facilities were a little bit lacking but it did not affect our vacation!

Positives: Quality and size of room.

Negatives: No complaints. Pool was small and cold, no hot tub.

A very nice hotel close to the falls. The rooms were great; the beds weren't that comfortable for a sleep mattress bed. The hotel was a good 10 minute walk from Clifton Hill. The hotel is in a great area that is a bit quieter than the Clifton Hill area.

Positives: The pool was great and the rooms quiet.

Negatives: The buffet breakfast at Tony Roma's was cold and old.

The hotel is conveniently located near the incline that will take you to & from the falls. The staff is friendly & the hotel is clean. I would, however, recommend staying in the falls view side of the hotel as the quality of the beds & rooms is better.

Positives: Convenient location, friendly service.

Negatives: Pool was not heated, city-view room significantly lower quality.

Overall, hotel was clean and adequate. Location was within walking distance to most major attractions in the Niagara Falls area except for old people and women in heels (my girlfriend made me add that last part).

Positives: Good location; convenient to many major attractions.

Negatives: $20 a day for parking. 1 slow elevator. Mattresses could have been better.

Parking cost per day is too much for a place where sometimes there is not parking available.

The Radisson at Niagara Fall-On, was great! It was in walking distance to all of the attractions. You crossed the street and could look down on the Falls. There were Fireworks over the Falls one night and all I had to do was cross the street. The staff was great and very friendly. I will stay there again.

Positives: I loved the Jacuzzi bathtub. I didn't expect that in my room.

Negatives: The mattress on the bed was a little too firm.
